Cancellation can be made up to 1 day(s) before the slot starts via phone call or from account dashboard. Any deposit & advance payment will also be refunded.
Cancelling reservations after the allowed time or failing to attend in the reserved slot will result in forfeiture of the deposit and advance payment.
